2024-25: Over the season, collected multiple personal bests... In the CCIW Championships, had bests in 50 Free at 23.19, 100 Free at 51.94, 50 Back at 26.42, 100 Back at 56.41... Also had season-bests in the 50, 100, and 200 Fly. 

2023-24: Competed in eight meets for the season...Swam a season best in the CCIW-Championships with a time of 35.49 in the 100 Butterfly...Picked up a time of 2:07.40 in the 200 Butterfly at the CCIW-Championships...Collected a time of 2:07.40 in the 200 Individual Medley during the CCIW-Championships.

2022-23: Over the season collected eight personal-best times including a 4th place finish of 5:40.88 in the 500-yard freestyle against UW-Oshkosh  ... Achieved two season-best times at the CCIW Championships of 27.81 in the 50-yard backstroke and a 58.45 in the 100-yard backstroke. 

High School: Swam at Northfield High School under head coach Doug Davis ... Two-time All-Conference selection 2021-22 ... Member of the 2021 Conference Championship team. 

Personal: Son of Fred and Tara Berndt ... Swam for the Northfield Swim Club under head coach Jesse Schmidt.
