2021 (Cross Country): Ran in six meets for Carthage ... Placed 18th at the Elmhurst Earlybird Invitational on September 3 with a time of 20:24.6 ... Placed 34th overall at the Gil Dodds Invitational ... At the CCIW Championship on October 30, came in 41st place.

2021 (Track and Field): Competed in 11 meets during the indoor and outdoor track seasons ... Took first place in the 10,000 at the Wisconsin Private College Championships with a time of 33:12.31 ... At the Carroll Pio Invite, ran a career-best in the 1,500 with a time of 4:20.54 ... Took seventh at the CCIW Outdoor Track and Field Championships in the 10K with a time of 32:41.30.

2020 (Cross Country): Season canceled due to COVID-19 Pandemic.

2020 (Track and Field): Finished ninth in the 5,000-meter run (15:38.11) at the CCIW Indoor Track and Field Championship … Named to the CCIW Winter All-Academic team. 

2019 (Cross Country): Competed in seven meets  ... Was named the CCIW Runner of the Week on October 1 after finishing in 65th with a time of 27:37.6 at the Loyola Lakefront Collegiate Invitational ... Ran a season-best time of 26:39.4 in the 8K at the NCAA Midwest Regional on November 16, placing 83rd ... Named to the CCIW Fall All-Academic team.

2019 (Track and Field):  Finished ninth in the 10,000-meter run (32:12.43) at the CCIW Outdoor Track and Field Championship … Finished 13th in the 5,000-meter run (16:02.31) and 22nd in the one-mile run (4:45.04) at the CCIW Indoor Track and Field Championship … CCIW Winter/Spring 2019 Academic All-Conference.
 
2018 (Cross Country):  Competed in six events and ran a career best 26:28.50 at the CCIW Cross Country Championship … Ran a 27:10.70 at the NCAA Midwest Regional ... CCIW Fall 2018 Academic All-Conference. 

2018 (Track and Field):  Took 11th place in the 10,000-meter run (33:41.80) at the CCIW Outdoor Track and Field Championship with a 33:41.80 ... Finished 16th in the 5,000 meter run (16:18.93) at the CCIW Indoor Track and Field Championship ... CCIW Winter/Spring 2018 Academic All-Conference. 

2017 (Cross Country):  Participated in six events and ran a season best 27:22.50 at the CCIW Cross Country Championship … CCIW Fall 2017 Academic All-Conference.

High School:  A state cross country qualifier his sophomore, junior and senior seasons.
