Anna Tristani, MS, is a master's level intern in the Health and Counseling Center at Carthage College. She has a master's degree in The Psychology of Sport and Physical Activity from Illinois State University. She spent time at ISU working directly with athletic teams on mental performance skills and coaching soccer. Anna is now attending Marquette University pursuing a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. After spending time working with athletes, she recognized that pursuing further education on mental health issues could assist her in helping athletes achieve more in all aspects of their athletic career.Â
