2009: Ran a career-best 29:21.23 at the Wisconsin-Oshkosh Invitational.
2008: Ran a season-best 35:29 in the open race portion of the CCIW Men’s Cross Country Championship.
High School: Forreston High School does not sponsor varsity cross country…a four-year member of the track and field team and two years in basketball…National Honor Society member, high honors student and graduated with honors.
Personal: Business administration major…distance runner on the 2009 and 2010 Carthage track and field teams…named to the Carthage dean’s list four times and a four-semester member of the Carthage athletic director’s honor roll…born Oct. 19, 1988.
