2012: Finished 65th at the CCIW Men’s Cross Country Championship with a time of 30:26…ran a career-best 27:31.00 at the Benedictine (Ill.) “Eagle Invitational.”
2011: Ran a season-best 30:47.80 at the Concordia (Wis.) “Falcon Invitational.”
2010: Finished 61st at the CCIW Men’s Cross Country championship with a time of 29:06.60…ran a season-best 27:41.86 at the Wisconsin-Oshkosh “Brooks Invitational.”
2009: Finished 166th at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a season-best time of 27:44.70.
High School: Earned All-Fox Valley Conference and Northwest Herald all-area honors both his junior and senior years…his junior-year team finished 10th at the Illinois High School Association Class 3A state championship…coached by his father, longtime Dundee Crown High School coach in both cross country and track and field…four-year member of the track and field team…played basketball his freshman and sophomore years…National Honor Society member.
Personal: Social science major…distance runner on the 2010-13 Carthage track and field teams…named to the Carthage dean’s list three times and a three-semester member of the Carthage athletic director’s honor roll…born Nov. 22, 1990.
