2011: Finished 197th at the NCAA Midwest Regional; with a time of 28:53.90…finished 56th at the CCIW Men’s Cross Country Championship with a time of 29:17.51.
2010: Ran a season-best 28:07.68 at the Wisconsin-Oshkosh “Brooks Invitational.”
2009: Ran a career-best 27:59.53 at the Wisconsin-Oshkosh “Brooks Invitational.”
2008: Ran a season-best 28:58.33 at the Wisconsin-Oshkosh “Brooks Invitational.”
High School: Ran cross country his senior year only and coached by Jeff Durlak…two-year member of the track and field team and earned All-North Suburban Conference and all-area honors his senior year in the 400-meter dash…set a Grant Community High School indoor record in the 400-meter dash with a 54.24 time.
Personal: Management information systems major…mid-distance runner on the 2009-12 Carthage track and field teams…named to the fall 2011 Carthage athletic director’s honor roll…born Aug. 31, 1990.
