2013: Finished 39th at the CCIW Cross Country Championship with a season-best time of 27:12.21…ran a 27:18.80 at the NCAA Midwest Regional.

2012: Finished 57th at the CCIW Men’s Cross Country Championship with a time of 27:52…ran a career-best 26:17.28 at the Benedictine (Ill.) “Eagle Invitational.”

2011: Finished 131st at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a time of 27:42.80…finished 37th at the CCIW Men’s Cross Country Championship with a time of 27:40.45…ran a season-best 27:24.80 at the Concordia (Wis.) “Falcon Invitational.”

High School: Earned all-state honors his senior year with a fourth-place finish for a team that finished 12th at the Illinois High School Association Class 2A state championship…also earned all-state honors his junior year with a 15th-place finish at the state championship…a sectional qualifier his sophomore year…coached by Bill Macaulay…four-year member of the track and field team and part of a 14th-place team in the 3,200-meter relay his junior year…member of German Honor Society.

Personal: Double major in elementary education and special education…distance runner on the 2012-14 Carthage track and field teams.
