2014:  Ran a season-best 30:19.99 at the Benedictine “Eagle Invitational.”

High School:  A state qualifier both his junior and senior years and earned second-team All-Midwest Classic Conference honors…his senior-year team won a sectional title…coached by Jon Furreness…three-year member of both the wrestling and the track and field teams…National Honor Society member, academic all-state and honor student.

Personal:  Double major in history and psychology…named to the spring 2015 Carthage dean’s list.
