Carthage College Athletics

2019 (Track and Field):  Finished fourth in the 1,500-meter run (3:57.02) and seventh in the 800-meter run (1:56.24) at the CCIW Outdoor Track and Field Championship…finished third in the 800-meter run (1:54.69) at the CCIW Indoor Track and Field Championship.
 
2018 (Cross Country):  Competed in three events and ran a season best 26:36.80 at the CCIW Cross Country Championship…ran a 26:38.10 at the NCAA Midwest Regional. 

2017 (Cross Country):  Participated in six events and ran a career best 25:18.20 at the NCAA Midwest Regional...ran a 26:33.70 at the CCIW Cross Country Championship. 

2017 (Track & Field):  Finished third in the one mile run (4:22.01) at the CCIW Indoor Track and Field Championship...finished sixth in the 1,500-meter run (3:57.13) at the CCIW Outdoor Track and Field Championship. 

2016 (Cross Country):  Did not compete. 

2016 (Track & Field):  Finished 10th in the one-mile run (4:23.74) and 16th in the 800-meter run (2:03.47) at the CCIW Indoor Track and Field Championship…finished sixth in the 1,500-meter run (3:56.45) at the CCIW Outdoor Track and Field Championship.

2015 (Cross Country):  Paced the Red Men at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a time of 25:48.80....finished 22nd at the CCIW Cross Country Championship with a time of 26.56.80.

2015 (Track & Field):  Finished 11th in the 5,000-meter run (15:44.04) at the CCIW Outdoor Track and Field Championship…finished eighth in the one-mile run (4:26.69) at the CCIW Indoor Track and Field Championship.

2015 (Cross Country):  Finished 32nd at the CCIW Men’s Cross Country Championship with a time of 26:15.35…ran a 27:09.80 at the NCAA Midwest Regional…ran a season-best time of 25:42.02 at the Wilmington “Pre-Nationals Invitational.”

High School:  Team MVP for both his junior and senior seasons…coached by Tim Sovereign…four-year member of the track and field team.

Personal:  Environmental science major.
