2008: Ran a career-best 30:47.97 at the Wisconsin-Oshkosh Invitational.
2007: Ran a season-best 31:51.90 at the open-race portion of the CCIW Cross Country Championship.
High School: Three-year letterwinner and coached by Gary Miller…four-year track and field letterwinner…member of the basketball team his freshman and sophomore years and played golf his freshman year…honor student.
Personal: Business administration major…his grandfather, John Edward Twomey, was an NCAA All-American in track and field at the University of Illinois…mid-distance runner on the 2008-10 Carthage track and field teams…named to the Carthage dean’s list six times and a six-semester member of the Carthage athletic director’s honor roll…born Nov. 20, 1988.
