2010: Ran a season-best 27:58.90 at the University of Minnesota “Roy Griak Invitational.”
2009: Ran a 30:17.20 at the CCIW Men’s Cross Country Championship…ran a career-best 27:14.38 at the Wisconsin-Oshkosh Invitational.
High School: A four-time All-Missota Conference honoree…his senior-year team won a conference championship…coached by Jesse Nelson…four-year member of the track and field team…National Honor Society member and honor student.
Personal: Double major in biology and music…distance runner on the 2010-13 Carthage track and field teams…named to the dean’s list three times and a six-semester member of the Carthage athletic director’s honor roll…born May 17, 1991.
