ABOUT LICENSING & TRADEMARKS
The Carthage College licensing program has been developed to promote, protect, and control the proper usage of the Carthage College brand. The College manages the presentation of this brand which includes all use of trademarks, service marks, logos, insignias, seals, symbols, or slogans that are associated with or referring to Carthage College.
The College requires all who use these marks to obtain the approval from Carthage College before producing any products that utilize the Carthage College brand. Carthage College has partnered with the Nexus Licensing Group to help manage the licensing of the College marks. All revenue generated through licensing is reinvested into Carthage College to help fund and support the Carthage Athletics program.
