Daily Herald All-Lake County his senior year on a team that won a regional title and finished sixth at the Illinois High School Association state championship…his junior-year team also won a regional championship and finished 17th at the state championship…coached by Jimmy Centella…four-year member of the track and field team and earned All-Fox Valley Conference honors as part of a 4x800-meter relay team…played soccer his freshman and sophomore years.
