2020: Set a career-best 7.49 in the 60-meter and in the 200-meter dash with a time of 24.45 at the UW-Oshkosh Early Bird Invite ... Named to the CCIW Winter All-Academic team. 

2019:  Finished ninth in the 400-meter intermediate hurdles (57.87) at the CCIW Outdoor Track and Field Championship … CCIW Winter/Spring 2019 Academic All-Conference.
 
2018:  Finished 22nd (2:04.38) in the 800-meter run at the CCIW Indoor Track and Field Championship ... Finished 17th in the 800-meter run (1:59.87) at the CCIW Outdoor Track and Field Championship ... CCIW Winter/Spring 2018 Academic All-Conference.

2017:  Competed in the 400-meter dash at the CCIW Outdoor Track and Field Championship ... CCIW Spring 2017 Academic All-Conference. 

High School:  Trailways Conference champion in the 800-meter run, the 400-meter run, and as part of a 4X100-meter relay ... Conference record holder in the 800-meter run ... School record holder in the 55-meter dash, the 400-meter run, the 800-meter run and as part of a 4X200-meter relay ... Member of the 4X100-meter relay team that won both regional and sectional championships in 2015 ... Took ninth place in the 800-meter run at the 2016 WIAA Track and Field Championship ... Also lettered in football, cross country and wrestling ... National Honor Society member and four-year honor student.
