2016 (Cross Country): Named to the Fall CCIW All-Academic. Participated in six events... Registered a season-best 28:45.5 at the UW-Parkside Lucian Rosa Invitational on October 8.
2016 (Track & Field): Named to the Spring CCIW Academic All-Conference... Took 22nd in the 1 mile run at the CCIW Indoor Track & Field Championships with a time of 4:51.62...Registered 24th in the 1500 meter run at the CCIW Outdoor Track & Field Championships with a time of 4:24.90.
2015 (Cross Country): Notched a 29.03.5 at the Ken Weidt Classic on September 12, sixth among all Red Men.
High School: Earned All West Suburban League honors his senior year on a team that shared the league title…his junior-year team also won a conference co-championship…coached by Brian Caldwell, who lettered on the 1997-2000 Carthage cross country teams…four-year member of the track and field team and earned all-conference honors as a senior on a team that won both indoor and outdoor league titles…academic all-state, West Suburban League all-academic, National Technical Honor Society member and honor student.
Personal: Computer science major... Five-time member of the Carthage College Dean's List (Spring 2016, Fall 2016, Spring 2017, Fall 2017, Spring 2018)... Chose Carthage College because the small class sizes were appealing, and loved the opportunity to continue his running career.
