2015:  Named Men's Track and Field Most Valuable Performer (Field)...Named to the Winter CCIW Jack Swartz Academic All-Conference...Received the Craig Deaton Award...Finished eighth in the shot put (53-9), 12th in the discus (163-9) and 18th in the hammer throw (176-6) at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field championship…named the “field athlete of the year” at the CCIW Outdoor Track and Field Championship and won both the hammer throw (189-8) and the shot put (53-1 ¾), while finishing second in the discus (154-3) and seventh in the javelin (168-0)…finished 12th in the shot put (52-6) at the NCAA Division III Indoor Track and Field Championship…won both the shot put (54-4 ½) and the weight throw (56-4) at the CCIW Indoor Track and Field Championship... Announced as a 2014-15 U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association Scholar Athlete selection on July 17th. 

2014:  Finished second in the hammer throw (165-8), third in both the discus (150-8) and the javelin (166-10) and fifth in the shot put (50-5 2/4)  at the CCIW Outdoor Track and Field Championship…finished sixth in both the shot put (49-5 ¼) and the weight throw (49-3 ¾) at the CCIW Indoor Track and Field Championship.

2013:  Finished second in the javelin (177-1), fifth in the hammer throw (154-8), seventh in the shot put (46-4 ¾) and 10th in the discus (135-9) at the CCIW Outdoor Track and Field Championship…finished sixth in the weight throw (50-8 ¾) and seventh in the shot put (45-10 1/2) at the CCIW Indoor Track and Field Championship.

2012:  Finished fifth in the javelin (167-10), ninth in the shot put (44-2 ¾) and 10th in both the discus (130-2) and the hammer throw (149-4) at the CCIW Outdoor Track and Field Championship…finished 13th in the weight throw (43-11 ¾) and 17th in the shot put (40-1 ½) at the CCIW Indoor Track and Field Championship.

High School:  Lettered twice and coached by Dan McQuaid…three-year member of the both football and wrestling teams…four-year honor student and DuPage Valley conference all-academic.

Personal:  Double major in environmental science and geography…named winter 2015 CCIW/Jack Swartz all-academic…named 2014 U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association all-academic…named to the Carthage dean's list twice.
