Carthage College Athletics

Carthage’s career leader in both doubles (45) and hit-by-pitch (50) and tied for the career lead in runs scored (117).
2014:  Named National Fastpitch Coaches Association first-team All-Great Lakes Region and first-team All-CCIW…starting third baseman in a 37 games…batted .389 with 10 doubles, one triple, four home runs, 25 RBI and five stolen bases…had 12 games with two or more hits…put together a nine-game hitting streak between April 1 and April 9.

2013:  Named second-team All-CCIW and National Fastpitch Coaches Association second-team All-Great Lakes Regional with a .359 batting average, a Carthage-record 15 doubles, two triples, four home runs, 23 RBI, a Carthage-record 15 hit-by-pitch and seven stolen bases…played in 39-of-45 games and made 39 starts at third base.

2012:  Named first-team All-CCIW with a .322 batting average, a team-leading 46 runs scored, nine doubles, nine home runs, 30 RBI, a Carthage-record 12 hit by pitch and six stolen bases…played in 46-of-47 games and made 46 starts, 38 at third base and eight at catcher…compiled a 14-game hitting streak to start the season.

2011:  Started all 40 games, 39 at third base and one at shortstop…batted .276 with a team-high 11 doubles, two home runs and 13 RBI.

High School:  Named Illinois Coaches Association third-team all-state and Northwest Herald second-team all-area her senior year…ICA third-team all-state as a junior and played on a sectional-championship team her sophomore year…coached by Scott Bosam…also a member of the basketball team.

Personal:  Exercise and sport science major…named to the spring 2013 Carthage dean's list.
