2015: Named Women's Track and Field Most Valuable Performer (Field)... Named to the 2014-15 Winter CCIW Jack Swartz Academic All-Conference...Received the Joseph F. Simmons Award and the CCIW Merle Chapman Leadership Award...Finished second in the hammer throw (155-6) and third in both the shot put (40-3 ¼) and the discus  (134-7) at the CCIW Outdoor Track and Field Championship…finished eighth in the weight throw (56-8 ¾) at the NCAA Division III Indoor Track and Field Championship…won the weight throw (55-0 ¾) and took third in the shot put (42-1 ½) at the CCIW Indoor Track and Field Championship... Announced as a 2014-15 U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association Scholar Athlete selection on July 17th. 

2014:  Finished 17th in the discus (134-1) at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field Championship…finished second in both the discus (136-6) and the shot put (43-5 ½) and fourth in the hammer throw (155-11) at the CCIW Outdoor Track and Field Championship…finished seventh in the weight throw (55-10 ¼) at the NCAA Division III Indoor Track and Field Championship…won the weight throw (53-2 ¼) and finished third in the shot put (41-8 ¾) at the CCIW Indoor Track and Field Championship…named CCIW “indoor athlete of the week” on Feb. 25.

2013:  Finished third in both the discus (126-6) and the shot put (40-3 ½) and sixth in the hammer throw (146-7) at the CCIW Outdoor Track and Field Championship…finished 13th in the weight throw (52-1 ¾) a the NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championship…won the weight throw (54-1 ¾) and finished fifth in the shot put (39-8 1/2) at the CCIW Indoor Track and Field Championship,

2012:  Finished seventh in both the shot put (38-6) and the hammer throw (133-3) at the CCIW Outdoor Track and Field Championship…finished eighth in the weight throw (44-2 ¾) and ninth in the shot put (36-6 ¼) at the CCIW Indoor Track and Field Championship.

High School:  Earned All-North Suburban Conference and Daily Herald  all-area honors her senior year in the throws…coached by Jacquelyn Randall…four-year member of the volleyball team and named all-conference and Daily Herald all-area her senior year…National Honor Society member…North Suburban Conference all-academic and honor student.

Personal:  Double major in communication and English…middle blocker on the 2011 and 2012 Carthage volleyball teams…named winter 2015 CCIW/Jack Swartz all-academic…named 2014 U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association all-academic…named to the Carthage dean’s list seven times.
