2013: Finished 40th at the CCIW Cross Country Championship with a time of 27:13.12…ran a 26:48.80 at the NCAA Midwest Regional…ran a career-best 26:17.17 at the Wisconsin-Oshkosh "Brooks Invitational."

2012: Finished 34th at the CCIW Men’s Cross Country Championship with a season-best time of 26:29… ran a 27:03.50 at the NCAA Midwest Regional.

2011: Finished 157th at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a time of 28:08.10…finished 55th at the at the open-race portion of the conference championship with a time of 29:40.93…ran a season-best 28:09.60 at the Concordia (Wis.) “Falcon Invitational.”

2010: Ran a season-best 28:16.60 at the open-race portion of the conference championship.

High School: Earned All-West Suburban League Gold honors his senior year on a conference-championship team…his junior-year squad also won a league title…coached by Brian Caldwell…four-year member of the track and field team…member of the baseball team his sophomore year…National Honor Society member, Illinois High School Association scholar-athlete, West Suburban League all-academic and four-year high honors student.

Personal: Political science major…distance runner on the 2011-14 Carthage track and field teams…named to the Carthage dean’s list five times.
