Biography
2011: Finished ninth in the 100 freestyle (48.16), 11th in the 50 freestyle (21.98) and 12th in the 100 backstroke (57.02) at the CCIW Swimming Championship…part of a conference-championship team in the 200 freestyle relay.
2010: Competed in the 50 freestyle, the 100 freestyle and the 100 butterfly at the CCIW Swimming Championship.
2009: Competed in the sprint events as a non-scoring member of Carthage’s CCIW team, and his time in the conference 100 freestyle was the 10th-fastest of the meet…finished fourth in the 100 backstroke at the Wisconsin Private College Championship.
High School: Earned all-state honors both his junior and senior years and named All-Woodland Conference as a senior…set four Brown Deer High School records…coached by Bob VanLieshout…honor student…coached by Dave Anderson and Matt Miller for the Schroeder Swim Club team.
Personal: Exercise and sport science major…son of Dan and April Jones…born March 20, 1990.
