2024 (Cross Country): Competed in seven meets during the season... Received All-CCIW 2nd Team Honors placing 15th at the CCIW Cross Country Championships with a personal best time of 25:08.0... Placed 46th at the Region Cross Country Championships with a time of 25:29.7... Placed 182nd at the NCAA Division III Cross Country Championships with a time of 25:41.0.

2023 (Cross Country): Competed in seven meets during the season... Ran a season best time of 25:20.5 at the Gil Dodds Invitational...  Received All-CCIW 2nd Team Honors placing 16th at the CCIW Cross Country Championships with a time of 25:38.2... Placed 64th at the Region Cross Country Championships with a time of 25:38.6.

2022 (Cross Country): Competed in three meets during the season...Had a season best time of 25:29.6...Placed 14th overall at the CCIW Championship. 

2021 (Cross Country): Competed in six meets for the Firebirds ... Began the season with a 17th-place finish at the Elmhurst Earlybird Invitational ... Came in 23rd at the Gil Dodds Invitational on October 1 ... At the Bradley Pink Classic, placed 16th ... Came in 15th place at the CCIW Championship meet on October 30 ... Placed 62nd at the NCAA Division III North Region Championship.

2021 (Track and Field): Ran in nine competitions during the indoor and outdoor track and field seasons ... Placed 12th in the 5,000 at the CCIW Outdoor Track and Field Championships.

2020 (Cross Country): Season canceled due to COVID-19 Pandemic.

High School: Ran for head coaches Chad Clarey and Andy Drendel at Kaneland High School ... Was an all-conference honoree in cross country in 2018 and 2019 ... Named all-state in cross country as a senior ... Member of the National Honor Society ... Named academic all-conference in 2019 and 2020.
