2022 (Cross Country): Competed in 5 meets during the season...Took 11th at the UW-Parkside Ranger Open...Had a season best time of 24:08.4...Placed 26th at the CCIW Championship...Received CCIW Dave Wrath Academic All-Conference. 

2021 (Cross Country): Ran in six meets durnig the cross country season ... Took 17th place at the Elmhurst Earlybird Invitational with a time of 16:35.3 ... Placed ninth overall at the Firebird Classic on October 8 ... Came in 46th place at the CCIW Championship meet on October 30.

2020 (Track and Field): Finished fifth in the distance medley relay (13:01.60) and eighth with a personal best in the 3,000-meter run (10:56.92) at the CCIW Indoor Track and Field Championship … Named to the CCIW Winter All-Academic team.

2019 (Cross Country): Participated in four events and ran a season-best 26:49.2 at the Wheaton Gil Dodds Invitational ... Named to the CCIW Fall All-Academic team. 

2019 (Track and Field):  Finished eighth in the 3,000-meter run (10:56.92) at the CCIW Indoor Track and Field Championship … Did not compete at the CCIW Outdoor Track and Field Championship … CCIW Winter/Spring 2019 Academic All-Conference.
 
2018 (Cross Country):  Participated in seven events and ran a season-best 23:35.20 at the CCIW Cross Country Championship ... Ran a 24:44.90 at the NCAA Midwest Regional ... CCIW Fall 2018 Academic All-Conference.
