2023-24 Indoor Track and Field: Competed in two meets for the Firebirds...Ran a 9:29.74 in the 3000m at the Midwest ELITE Invitational...Ran a 4:42.27 in the mile at the NCC Heenan Invitational-2024.

2023 (Track and Field): Participated in 12 meets during the indoor and outdoor seasons ... Took 19th place in the 5000m at the CCIW Outdoor Championship, with a time of 15:37.67 ... Placed third at the Snow Day Invitational, with a time of 9:12.29 in the 3000m.

2022 (Track and Field): Participated in six meets during the indoor and outdoor seasons ... Took third place in the 3000m at the Tadd Metzger Invitational, with a time of 9:10.01 ... Placed fourth at the Forever Red Alumni Classic, with a time of 3:45.79 in the 4x400m...Earned CCIW All-Conference honors. 

2021 (Cross Country): Competed in five meets for the Firebirds ... Took 26th place at the Elmhurst Earlybird Invitational on September 3 ... Finished in fourth place at the Firebird Classic on October 8 with a time of 27:47.0 ... At the CCIW Championship on October 30, placed 20th overall with a time of 26:08.3.

2021 (Track and Field): Ran in eight meets during the indoor and outdoor track and field seasons ... Set a PR in the 1,500 at the Carroll Pioneer Invite with a time of 4:23.92 ... Ran a personal-best time of 16:10.30 in the 5K at the CCIW Outdoor Track and Field Championships.

2020 (Cross Country): Season canceled due to COVID-19 Pandemic.

2020 (Track and Field): Finished 21st in the 3,000-meter run (9:15.30) at the CCIW Indoor Track and Field Championship. 

High School: Ran for head coach J.B. Hanson at Lake Zurich High School ... Named all-conference in the 4x800-meter relay as a senior ... Played basketball for two years in high school ... Was a North Suburban Conference All-Academic selection ... An Illinois State Scholar.
