2022: Participated in 18 meets during the indoor and outdoor seasons ... Took first place in weight throw at the Forever Red Alumni Classic, with a distance of 18.11m ... Placed second at the NCAA Division 3 Outdoor Track and Field Championship, with a distance of 60.25 in hammer throw...Received CCIW All Academic honors…USTFCCCA Academic All-Region award…Received CCIW All-Conference merit for hammer throw…Earned CCIW Athlete of the Week...Collected an All American title. 

2021: At the second Carthage tri-meet on February 6, set a new PR in the weight throw and took first place with a throw of 17.28 meters ... Picked up first-place finishes during the hammer in outdoor at the Wisconsin Private College Championships, Carroll Pioneer Invite, Wheaton Invitational, and Don Church Invitational ... Won a CCIW title in the hammer throw after posting a PR of 56.35 meters, the fifth-best mark in school history ... Qualified for the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field Championships, placing 13th overall in the hammer throw.

2020: Finished fifth in the weight throw (16.07) at the CCIW Indoor Track and Field Championship ... Tossed a personal best of 12.60 meters in the shot put and 16.27 meters in the weight throw at the Mar. 6 Carthage Final Qualifier. 

2019: Finished 17th in the discus (36.04) at the CCIW Outdoor Track and Field Championship … Did not compete in the Indoor CCIW Track and Field Championship ... Indoor personal best of 13.96 meters in the weight throw at the Carthage Final Qualifier on March 1 ... Tossed another personal best of 12.00 meters in the shot put at the Feb. 16 Titan Challenge ... Had a personal best of 38.69 in the discus at the April 18-19 Augustana (Ill.) Meet of Champions ... Another personal best in the hammer throw at 43.74 meters at the April 13 Carroll University Alumni Open.

High School:  Four-year letter winner for the St. Joseph Catholic Academy boy's track and field team under head coach Jon Furreness … Named first-team All-Metro Classic in the discus and second team all-conference in the shot put his junior season ... Second-team all-conference in the discus his senior season ... Both his junior and senior-year teams qualified for the sectionals ... Played football his junior and senior years … Four-year honor student.
