BRIDGEPORT - The Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) announced its Players of the Week. Kamille Graham of the Carthage Women's Water Polo team was named Rookie of the Week for the CWPA, the conference announced Wednesday. 

Graham, a junior from West Jordan, Utah, recorded five goals over the weekend at the CWPA West Tournament. In a key matchup against Austin, Graham netted two goals to help lift the Firebirds to a significant victory. 

Additionally, the Firebirds moved up to No. 10 in the 2026 Women's Varsity Division III Top 10 rankings following their win over Austin. The victory marked the first time Carthage has defeated Austin.

The Firebirds are back in action at the CWPA Crossover Tournament hosted by Washington and Jefferson. The Firebirds will have four games, facing Washington and Jefferson, Wheaton (Mass.), Connecticut, and Penn State Behrend. For more information, visit our athletics.carthage.edu.
