NAPERVILLE —The College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin (CCIW) unveiled its 2024 Fall Dave Wrath Academic All-Conference honorees on Friday.
The list, named after former Augustana College athletics administrator Dave Wrath, recognizes individuals who achieved an overall grade-point average of 3.30 or above and have completed at least one year in residency at their respective schools. This season, over 800 individuals were acknowledged for their academic achievements during the Fall 2021 term. Wrath, who retired in June after 40 years of service as the Associate Director of Athletics for Media and Alumni Relations at Augustana College, played a pivotal role in establishing the CCIW's Academic All-Conference Program in 2005. Additionally, he served as the CCIW Sports Information Director from 1996 to 2005.
