Coachs Remarks
"As a coach I was extremely proud of my team in the morning game against Augie. They're a nationally ranked and talented team, and we were able to control the pace of the game down and compete. We were a different team to the one who played against Austin - we were disciplined, and we were scrappy. Ella Selman and Victoria Hodges really shined for us, along with Brenna Carstens, who made the lions work on defense and doesn't get enough recognition for her efforts.

The afternoon game against Witt was different. We deviated from the game plan in the first quarter and got into a quick hole. In the second and third, we played well and fought ourselves back into the game, but the wheels came off in the fourth. Credit to Wittenberg for being disciplined and capitalizing on our mistakes."
