KENOSHA, Wis. - The Carthage College men's tennis team hosted four teams today at Smeds Tennis Center for the 2022 Firebird Challenge: Battle of the Birds tournament. The Firebirds won flights four and six in the unique format, which featured a series of best-of-three matchups between teams; each team's duo in a particular flight would play a doubles match against their competition, and both members would also play a singles match.

- Carthage will spend four days in St. Peter, Minnesota to compete at the ITA Midwest Regional Tournament. The first day of competition will be Friday, September 30, and the final day of competition will be Monday, October 3; Each day's matches will start at 8 a.m. This tournament will conclude the fall portion of the men's slate before they return to competitive play in February of 2023.
