SMYRNA, Tn. — The Carthage women's bowling team finished day two 28th of 33 teams in attendance at Vanderbilt's Music City Classic end of the year event.

The Firebirds went 1-4 on the day in five traditional games, picking up a big win against division one Alabama A&M University in their second game 823-686.

The third day of the Music City Classic resumes tomorrow with another round of baker games.
