ROCHESTER, Minn. — The men's tennis team has built an impressive 7-0 start for their spring season, picking up another dual win this Saturday afternoon against a tough Wisconsin-Eau Claire team.

The Firebirds first win of the day came from the duo Cooper Ferruzzi and Andre Antreassian, who won court no. 2 (8-3) over the visiting team. Yanozie Amadike and Daniel Moore closed out court one 8-7 (5) to improve Carthage 2-1 heading into singles action.

Amadike grabbed a Carthage win on court two 6-1, 7-5 before Ferruzzi followed 6-4, 6-7(5), 10-7 on court no. 5. Nick Marino would take court six 4-6, 6-2, 12-10 in a heated match, before Moore would grab the Firebirds' final win of the day on court no. 1 6-2, 7-6 (5) to conclude the match at 6-3.

The team takes on Carleton College tomorrow, February 20th, at 10 A.M. at the Rochester Athletic Club.
