"This season was our first season with recruits, and it did not disappoint," said head coach Kevin Palmer. "It was very obvious our players put in the effort during the off-season and summer to prepare for this fall. Adding Coach Wesley Kutzke and Coach Robert Xiong as graduate assistant coaches has also lifted our program to a new level. Coach Robert came to us with a lot of knowledge in League of Legends, and every player saw growth from his coaching. Coach Wes joined us knowing FPS titles but never coaching or playing Valorant. With some pre-season work and a lot of research and learning, he led his team to a thrilling season finish in the conference championship. I'm excited to see what the Spring 23 season brings and what hardware we can add to our trophy case."
