KENOSHA, WIS. — Carthage Men's Golf held their annual Spring Invitational this Tuesday, a one-day tournament consisting of twelve teams. Four CCIW teams attended the Invitational, Including Elmhurst (T5) , Wheaton (7) , Carroll (8), and Augustana (T9). The Carthage Men's Golf team did not compete in the tournament as a scorecard, but had three individual players place on the individual leaderboard.

Kyle Figlmiller ended with an 11th-place tie on the leaderboard after finishing with a final score of 79 (+9). Cole Hanson scored a 98 (+28) for the day, and Brett VanDeWostine picked up a total of 102 (+32). Edgewood College grabbed first place overall out of the twelve teams with a score of 313. 

The Firebirds are scheduled to compete in the 'Millikin Take Back the Night Challenge' on April 17th and 18th at the Red Tail Run Golf Course in Decatur, Illinois.
