SANDESTIN, Fla. — Men's golf shaved off two strokes from yesterday's first round score of 312 (+28) to total 622 (+54) after two days of competition at the Golfweek DIII Fall Invite. The FIrebirds now sit in 24th place on the leaderboard, with Emory University (564 -4) sitting in first.

Tyler Muschewske shot a 79 (+8) this afternoon to lead the way for Carthage with 153 (+11). Zachary Shawhan (159 +17) and Alex Lilly also carded 79 today, while Kevin Healy and Tanner Angelstad both sit at 155 (+13) for their first 36 holes.

The Firebirds will tee off for round three of the invitational tomorrow morning at 7:30 A.M.
