NEW LONDON, CONN.—The Carthage College water polo team face Penn State Behrend University in the opening game of their first CWPA Tournament of 2018 at the Lott Natatorium, located on the campus of Connecticut College in New London, Conn. on Friday. The Lady Reds finished on the wrong end of an 11-10 OT decision against the Lions.
 
The loss drops Carthage's record to 2-7, 0-1 CWPA while Penn State Behrend improves to 2-4, 1-0 CWPA.

Jessica Graziano led all Carthage players in the contest with a hat trick. Allie Boothe, Mae Van Beest and Morgan Levy chipped in two goals apiece to round out the multiple-goal scorers for the Lady Reds. Lauren Patt also contributed her first career goal in the contest.   
 
The Lady Reds will face Utica College (11:15 a.m. ET) and Macalester College (3:00 p.m. ET) tomorrow, Saturday, March 10 at the Lott Natatorium in New London, Conn.
