CLAREMONT, CALIF.—The Carthage College women's water polo team concluded their two-day California trip with a Saturday-matinee at Claremont-McKenna College. Things didn't go in the Lady Reds' favor as they dropped a 14-8 decision to the Athenas.

Arianna Dakuras continued to display promise five games into their collegiate careers as the trio each tallied goals.

Carthage will return to the Koenitzer Aquatic Center on Saturday, February 24 – Sunday, February 25 when they host the Carthage College Tournament. McKendree University, Monmouth College and Macalester College will make up the four-team field.
