#14 Red Men Move To 6-0 With Win Over Augustana, 150.5-107.5

Final Results
KENOSHA, Wis. – The #14 Carthage College men's swimming and diving program won their final dual meet of the calendar year on Saturday, defeating the Vikings of Augustana College at Koenitzer Aquatic Center, 150.5-107.5.
 
The win sends the Red Men to 6-0 on the season, while the Vikings fall to 4-1.
 
Nick Seroni had one of the best days for the Red Men, winning three individual events and a relay.  Seroni, along with Mitch Scarski, Paul Devereux and Nicholas Nevins opened the day with a win in the 200 medley relay [1:36.96].  Seroni went on to win the 200 freestyle [1:49.34], the 50 butterfly [23.80] and 200 individual medley [1:59.38].  A pair of Seroni's relay mates also picked up individual wins as well on Saturday, as Scarski took first in the 100 breaststroke [59.25] and Devereux won the 50 breastroke [26.84]. 
 
Nicholas Nevins picked up his second relay win of the day in the final event of the afternoon, as he paired up with Chris Russo, Mitchell Mages and Devereux once again to win the 200 free relay [1:26.40].  Russo and Mages each won an individual events as well, with Russo winning the 100 backstroke [54.56] and Mages tying for first with Augustana's Jake Speechley in the 50 free [22.36].
 
Rounding things out for the Red Men, Nicholas Wolff won a pair of events as he took first in the 1000 free [10:09.42] and 50 back [25.43], while Cooper Hawkins was the fastest in the 500 free [4:48.30].
 
The Red Men will return to action along with the Lady Reds in their final dual meet of the season at Wheaton College on January 20th, before returning to Koenitzer for the Wisconsin Private College Championships on January 27th.
