KENOSHA, Wis. – The Carthage College water polo team returns to the water Friday, April 1st through Sunday, April 3rd to conclude the 2016 regular season with the final CWPA League Tournament of the season, hosted by Penn State Behrend at the Junker Center Pool in Erie, Pennsylvania.
 
The Lady Reds resume competition following three weeks off after going 6-1 at Koenitzer in the first league tournament of the season March 11th-13th at Koenitzer Aquatic Center with wins over Penn State Behrend, Grove City College, Utica College, Macalester College and Connecticut College.
 
The Lady Reds will play in the opening match of the weekend on Friday at 10:20 AM against Utica, who the Lady Reds are 1-0 on the season.  Saturday, Carthage will seek their second wins of the season over both Grove City and Connecticut College at 1:00 PM and 7:40 PM respectively.  The Lady Red will conclude the regular season on Sunday as the Lady Reds seek revenge for their lone loss of the season against Washington & Jefferson at 11:40 AM followed by a match with the host, Penn State Behrend at 2:20 PM.

Following the regular season, Carthage will head to Connecticut College in Lew London, Connecticut for the 2016 DIII Championship April 16th and 17th.  From there, the DIII Champion advances to CWPA Championship at Harvard University on April 29-May 1.
