The Carthage College men's swimming team (0-2 dual-meet record) fell to Lake Forest College,187-93, on Saturday, Nov. 2 at the Sports Center in Lake Forest, Ill.

Teryn Solan (Jr., St. John, Ind./Lake Central) won the 800 freestyle (9:04.91) and finished second in the 400 freestyle (4:21.66). Lee Hollman (Fr., Fort Atkinson, Wis.) won the 50 freestyle (25.71). Erik Pinter (Fr., Bloomington, Ill./Normal-Community) finished second in both the 100 freestyle (56.36) and the 200 freestyle (2:03.64), and Chris Riordan (Fr., Skokie, Ill./Niles North) was second in both the 100 breaststroke (1:10.70) and 200 breaststroke (2:37.97). Hollman took second in the 100 backstroke (1:02.42), as did Cameron Small (So., Franksville, Wis./Racine-Case) in the 50 freestyle (25.77),

The Red Men's 200 medley relay team of Lee Hollman (Fr., Fort Atkinson, Wis.), James Weslaski (Fr., Racine, Wis./Case), and took first place with a time of 1:39.32. Hollman also took second in the 100 backstroke (54.73) and third in the 50 freestyle (22.43). Riordan took first in both the 100 backstroke (1:01.85) and the 200 breaststroke (2:16.87).

Carthage plays host to Illinois Wesleyan University on Saturday, Nov. 9 in a 1 p.m. dual meet at the Koenitzer Aquatic Center in Kenosha, Wis.
