Steve Djurickovic (Jr., Pleasant Prairie, Wis./Kenosha-Bradford) was named CCIW “Men's Basketball Player of the Week” on Feb. 8 for the second week in a row and the fourth time this season. Djurickovic scored a career-high 44 points on 15-of-25 field goals, including four-of-five three-pointers and a perfect 10-of-10 free throws in the Red Men's 68-63 win at Wheaton on Feb. 3. On Feb. 6 in a 70-59 home loss to Augustana, he had 21 points on four-of-13 from the floor and 11-of-13 from the free throw line, along with nine assists. Djurickovic earned conference “co-player of the week” honors on both Nov. 30 and Jan. 25 and was the sole recipient of the award on Feb. 1.
