INDIANAPOLIS — Jackie Tuzil of the Carthage women's track and field team has been selected to compete in the 2026 NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field National Championships, the NCAA announced Friday.

Tuzil, a senior from Schaumburg, Illinois, will compete in the discus. This marks Tuzil's second appearance at the national championships. In the discus, Tuzil enters the national stage with a mark of 47.88 meters, set at the CCIW Outdoor Track & Field Championships on May 2.

During the 2026 CCIW Outdoor Track & Field Championships, Tuzil earned All-CCIW honors in discus and hammer, with a second place finish in the discus throw and third place finish in the hammer throw. 

Tuzil will compete at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championships in La Crosse, Wisconsin, on Thursday, May 21, at 4:30 p.m.
