A four-year letter winner, Michelle Madeja is one of the most decorated Lady Reds volleyball players in Carthage history.  She was named an American Volleyball Coaches Association First-Team All-America selection three times, as well as an American Volleyball Coaches Association All-Region First Team choice on three different occasions.  The two-time CCIW Player of the Year in 2010 and 2011, Madeja was a three-time first-team All-CCIW from 2009 to 2011 and twice named team MVP.  She holds the program record for hitting percentage in a match and ranks second in a season and for a career in kills by a Carthage player.
