From Mukwonago, Wis., JoEllen Dickert lettered four times in basketball (1989-92) and three times in softball (1989-91). In basketball, she was named All-CCIW twice, third team in 1990 and second team in 1991. Dickert is ranked sixth on the Lady Reds’ career scoring list (1,395 points), and she holds Carthage career records for most made three-point field goals (139, 1989-92) and best three-point field-goal percentage (.463, 139-300). Her career three-point percentage is second only on the NCAA Division III career list to Rhodes College's Ellen Thompson (.490, 204-416, 1989-92). In softball, she earned first-team All-CCIW honors in both 1989 and 1990. Dickert is ranked fourth among Carthage's career leaders in earned run average (2.61) and fourth in innings pitched (340.6). She threw a perfect game against North Park on April 24, 1990.
