From Mukwonago, Wis., Barb Heinig Tyler lettered four times in basketball (1979-82) and was named first-team All-Wisconsin Women's Intercollegiate Athletic Conference in 1979. She is ranked fourth on the Carthage career scoring list (1,546 points), second for field goals (683), first for field-goal attempts (1,601), seventh for field-goal percentage (.427), 10th in free throws (180), ninth in free-throw attempts (350), third in rebounds (1,016) and first in blocked shots (359). Tyler set a 1981 season record with 101 blocks and a 1982 season record with 207 field goals. She set a game record on Dec. 9, 1978, with 30 field-goal attempts versus Wisconsin-Platteville and another game record with 10 blocked shots versus North Park on Jan. 22, 1981.
