Alyssa (Schrader) DeCicco was named National Fastpitch Coaches Association NCAA Division III All-American in 2010, where she notched a .402 (45-112) batting average, 11 home runs and 37 runs batted in. She was also a 2010 and 2012 National Fastpitch Coaches Association NCAA Division III All-Great Lakes Region selection. Schrader, who started all of Carthage's 159 games from 2009-12, is the Lady Reds career leader in home runs, runs batted in and walks.  Her 14 home runs and 31 walks in 2012 are Carthage single-season records. She also sports the second-longest hitting streak in Lady Reds' history (2012). Schrader was the 2012 CCIW Softball Player of the Year, and a three-time All-CCIW Selection (2009, 2010, and 2012).
