2013:  Invited to the NCAA Division III Cross Country Championship for the second-straight year and finished 56th with a time of 22:15.90…earned all-regional honors with a 13th-place finish at the NCAA Midwest Regional and a career-best time of 22:15.50…earned first-team All-CCIW honors with a third-place finish and a time of 22:23.00 at the CCIW Women's Cross Country championship…took individual honors at the Wisconsin Private College Cross Country championship…named CCIW "athlete of the week" on Sept. 17 and again on Oct. 8.

2012:  Invited to the NCAA Division III Women’s Cross Country Championship as an individual and finished 122nd with a time of 22:54.80…earned NCAA Division III All-Midwest Regional honors with a 14th-place finish at the regional championship and career-best time of 22:21.80…earned first-team all-conference honors with a fourth-place finish at the CCIW Women’s Cross Country Championship and a season-best time of 22:33…won the individual title at the Wisconsin Private College Championship.

2011:  Earned All-CCIW honors with a 14th-place finish at the CCIW Women’s Cross Country Championship and a time of 23:58.50…named CCIW “Cross Country Runner of the Week” after finishing third at the Sept. 9 Aurora “Spartan Classic”…finished 81st at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a time of 24:08.70…ran a season-best 22:32.49 at the Wheaton (ll.) “Gil Dodds Invitational.”

2010:  Carthage’s top finisher at the CCIW Women’s Cross Country championship in 23rd place with a time of 23:58.90…named the CCIW “Women’s Cross Country Freshman of the Year” as the top-freshman finisher at the conference championship…placed 98th at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a season-best time of 23:46.70…named CCIW “Co-Cross Country Runner of the Week” after finishing fourth at the Oct. 1 Carthage Invitational.

High School:  Earned All-West Suburban Conference Silver honors her junior year…her freshman-year team won a West Suburban League Silver title en route to an Illinois High School Association Class AA state championship…her sophomore-year team also won a league title and finished fourth at the IHSA Class 3A state championship…her junior-year team won a league championship and finished second in the state…coached by Mark McCabe…four-year member of the track and field team, a four-year state qualifier and earned all-conference honors both her junior and senior seasons…National Honor Society member, National Spanish Honor Society member, West Suburban Conference all-academic and honor student.

Personal:  Graphic design major…distance runner on the 2011-14 Carthage track and field teams…named fall 2012 and fall 2013 CCIW/Jack Swartz all-academic…named to the Carthage dean’s list seven-of-eight semesters.
