Carthage College's Jeff Lotz Jr. (Sr., Racine, Wis./Horlick) was named the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin “Men's Tennis Player of the Week” on March 6. 

Lotz went 4-0 last weekend, going 2-0 at both No. 1 singles and No. 1 doubles.  He defeated Wisconsin-Oshkosh's Kevin Lewis, 6-3, 6-3, and Milwaukee School of Engineering's Eric Klamrowski, 6-1, 6-1, in singles play and then teamed with Alex Boomgarden for a pair of doubles victories.  The pair defeated Lewis and Mike Gillespie, 8-3,, followed by an 8-2 win over Klamrowski and Nick Matsuura.
