Carthage College middle linebacker Brad Fortney (Sr., Antioch, Ill./Community) has been invited to try out for the NFL Chicago Bears as an undrafted free agent.  Fortney was named first-team All-College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin last fall with a team-leading 68 tackles (55 solo, 13 assisted), including 11 tackles-for-loss and two sacks,  He also broke up three passes.  At Antioch Community High School, he was named All-North Suburban Conference, Daily Herald all-area, Pioneer Press all-area, Waukegan News-Sun All-Lake County and Lakeland Press All-Lake County both his junior and senior years.
