Carthage College's Kyle Drake (Sr., Aurora, Ill./Waubonsie Valley) was named the 2012 College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin "Men's Swimmer of the Year" for the second-straight year.  Drake was named the CCIW's "Most Valuable Swimmer" at the conference championship meet in February, winning three events including the 200 individual medley (1:53.68), the 400 individual medley (4:00.66) and the 200 backstroke (1:48.94).  He earned College Swimming Coaches Association of America honorable mention All-America honors in both the 200 backstroke (ninth at the national championship) and the 400 individual medley (16th).
