Carthage's Kristina Naidicz Named CCIW "Women's Tennis Player of the Week" on Sept. 21

Carthage College's Kristina Naidicz (Jr., Kenosha, Wis./Tremper) was named College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin “Women's Tennis Player of the Week” on Sept. 21. Naidicz went 4-0 last week in conference wins over Millikin University and Illinois Wesleyan University. Naidicz was 2-0 at No. 3 singles with wins over Illinois Wesleyan's Lauren Drawbridge, 7-5, 6-3, and Millikin's Marguerite Mahoney, 6-0, 6-0. She teamed with Hollis McPeek at No. 1 doubles and picked up wins over Millikin (8-0) and Illinois Wesleyan (8-0).
