Carthage College men's basketball player Steve Djurickovic (Sr., Kenosha, Wis./Bradford) and women's swimmer Michelle Pelka (Sr., Elgin, Ill./Elgin Academy) have been awarded NCAA post-graduate scholarships. The two are the fourth and fifth Carthage student to receive the awards. Football player Bill Radakovitz in 1970, men's swimmer's Tom Hartog in 1978 and men's swimmer Bryan Pelka in 2009 are the other three.
